added placeholder asset select

• added a placeholder assetSelect component
• split panel setup with plans to add links and info to verify the token selected is correct (teach the user to do research rather than blindly trusting)

Added some wallet support

• created placeholder wallet select modal
• added wagmi wallet library + ethers web3 lib
• hooked up some basic wallet connectors
• created components and logic to handle selecting a wallet -> showing links/info relevant to each wallet/connector -> showing wallet info once connected along with a placeholder to show assets and their balances etc
• wrapped the whole app in a useEffect to make it client-side rendered (we can explore pushing this to a more-child level later for SEO reasons but for now we will go 100% CSR)

various improvements

• changed assetSelect component to a dark theme
• removed the focus outline from all combobox inputs
• extended the asset object types with addresses + basic tags
• changed the select behaviour in assetSelect to not change the selected/active asset unless the user actually clicks on the asset (rather than onHover)
• extended the `recent` placeholder array and made a compact recent/popular sticky asset section 5 assets wide in 1 row (on all devices)
• formatted the selected/active asset more-info section panel with the contract address + copy & explorer action links
• added a helper function to shorten strings with '...' separating each end, like an address being formatted to '0x0...123'
• changed selected/active logic for the 3 modals to be more intentional with clicks instead of onHover
• changed the default overflow scrollbar to a more sleek style
