various fixes

• changed CG api freq to 20s from 10s
• fixed synth bug where you couldnt select BUSDs to melt
• fixed dao store proposal weight logic issue
• fixed synth store synthGlobalDetails logic issue
• added an error code to the frequent CG API call issue so we dont have to sift thru with console logs locally
• added note to csp list

more cleanup

• added some extra css hashes to the csp + google fonts
• added some margin to the friends tile headers
• aligned text center on the friends tiles
• removed some of the older less relevant friends from the list
